Grass-Fed Dairy Herdshare
Honest milk from cows raised on pasture — the way it used to be.
Pasture-Raised A2/A2 Milk from White Oak Ranch

At White Oak Ranch, we steward a small herd of 100% grass-fed dairy cows using time-honored farming practices. Our cows graze open pasture, breathe fresh Southern Oregon air, and are cared for by hand each day.

  • Why Grass-Fed Dairy Matters:
  • Milk from 100% grass-fed cows naturally contains:
  • ~Higher Omega-3 fatty acids
  • ~More CLA (conjugated linoleic acid)
  • ~Rich golden cream from beta-carotene
  • ~Naturally occurring fat-soluble vitamins

Our herd has been genetically tested A2/A2, meaning their milk contains only the A2 beta-casein protein — a traditional protein type many families seeking A2 milk in Southern Oregon prefer.
                                      Herdshare Milk vs. Store-Bought Milk

Here’s how pasture-raised herdshare milk from White Oak Ranch compares to conventional grocery store milk.

“We’re so grateful for the White Oak Ranch herdshare. It’s hard to find fresh grass-fed milk from pasture-raised cows, but the quality here is exceptional. The milk tastes amazing, and the staff are helpful and professional. If you're looking for local farm fresh milk, this herdshare is the real thing.”

"It's hard to find completely grass fed dairy. Most places use some grain. Other local places I found used conventional grain in their husbandry, as someone who only eats organic, this ruled out most local milk.
I was excited to find 100% grass fed dairy locally."
