  • What makes White Oak Ranch beef different?
White Oak Ranch raises a unique Red Devon and Wagyu cross that combines the rich flavor of Red Devon with the marbling and tenderness of Wagyu — all 100% grass-fed and grass-finished. We never use hormones, antibiotics, or pesticides.

  • Is your beef 100% grass-fed and grass-finished?
Yes. Our cattle are raised exclusively on pasture in Southern Oregon and never grain-finished. They graze on organic rotational pastures consisting of local grasses and seasonal forage.

  • Do you use hormones or antibiotics?
No. We never use added hormones, routine antibiotics, or pesticides in raising our cattle.

  • What is a quarter, half, or whole beef share?
A beef share (also called locker beef) allows you to purchase a portion of a whole animal directly from our ranch. You receive a variety of cuts — steaks, roasts, ground beef, and more — professionally processed and packaged for your freezer.

  • Do you offer locker beef in Southern Oregon?
Yes. We offer quarter, half, and whole beef shares for customers throughout Southern Oregon.

  • Where is White Oak Ranch located?
White Oak Ranch is located in Southern Oregon, where our cattle graze freely on organic, rotational pasture.
