About Our Beef
We feel that genetics are integral to the quality of our Grass-Fed Meat. White Oak Ranch raises a cross of Red Devon and Wagyu cattle. The Red Devon is known for delicious meat on a grass only diet. Wagyu is known for its juicy tender marbling that we find lacking in most Grass-Fed Meat. That's why we find this the perfect cross.
We never give our cows hormones, antibiotics, or pesticides. They are grass fed and finished. They eat on organic rotating pastures with local grasses and blackberries in Southern Oregon.
Individual cuts of meat are available, as well as 1/4, 1/2, and whole cows. Ask about our locker beef.
